Possible reasons: The defect class (e.g. Crater) is not listed in processSetting.xml “Rule Process Dataset” … or the AOB_relevance (according to the classification)  is not in the range hat is repaired, or is is unspecified (not pre-defined in rated.xml, no Classification enabled in the AOB.ini.)
